Instructions for Placing an Order and Requesting More Information

Vynckier Controls offers many ways to place orders and request information.

Order Online:
  Step 1: Click Here or use the top left menu link to navigate to our Online Catalog.
  Step 2: Use the links or our convenient "Quick Search" feature to find the box you like. We have many sizes and styles available to choose from.
  Step 3: Add all the items you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  Step 4: Go to "View Cart" or "Checkout" to place your order online.
  Step 5: Create an account or sign in to your account.
  Step 6: Submit your order. (note: we currently do not accept payment through our online system. We will personally process your order and
              contact you to verify payment and follow up with your order. This allows us to provide a more personal and customized experience).

Order by Fax:
  Step 1: Create a purchase order.
  Step 2: Fax it to (800) 444-1261.
  Step 3: We will contact you to confirm your order and finish the processing of your payment information.

Order by Phone:
  Step 1: Call us at (888) 837-1114 and ask for an Inside Sales Representative.
  Step 2: Let us know what you need and we will take care of the rest for you.

Request Information Online
  Step 1: Use the "Quick Quote" form at the top left of any page on our website or Click Here to use our RFQ form.
  Step 2: Fill in all the required information and write a quick summary about what information you would like to receive. We will contact you
              shortly with answers and details.

Request Information by Fax:
  Step 1: Create a request for quote or request for information.
  Step 2: Fax it to (800) 444-1261.
  Step 3: We will contact with the information you have requested.

Request Information by Phone:
  Step 1: Call us at (888) 837-1114 and ask for an Inside Sales Representative.
  Step 2: Let us know what you need and we will provide you with the answers.
