- The range consists of nine types with module 250
mm, with dimensions ranging from 500x750 mm
to 1250x1000 mm, in one depth 400 mm, and two
different designs:
- cabinet in kit-form with plain door
- cabinet in kit-form with glazed door
Four stainless steel mounting brackets are also
supplied.
- The assembly package is manufactured from self extinguishing,
glass fiber reinforced and halogen free
polyester, dyed in mass RAL 7036 (dark grey).
The glass-fiber content is a minimum of 20%.
- The assembly package comprises:
- a back panel
- two side panels
- a top panel
- base panel
- a frame with inset door.
- The door is secured to the frame by means of
hinges and its angle of opening is a maximum of
100°. The hinges are not visible when the door is
in closed position.
- Closure is effected by a five-point lock controlled
by a single central operating handle.
- The standard depth of the cabinet is 400 mm, but
can be increased to 800 mm by using a 400 mm
extension kit.
- The mounting frame or the mounting plate can be
set up and wired outside the cabinet. They are
placed subsequently in the cabinet.
The mounting frame is fitted on four depth
adjustment brackets.
The mounting plate is secured to the fixing points
provided in the rear of the cabinet, without any
further arrangement being required.
- The addition of a rainhood allows for natural
ventilation in the cabinet.
- The cabinets are suitable for wall mounting or
free-standing.
- The cabinets are resistant to temperatures of -50°
to +150°C (peak).
- The cabinet offers maximum protection to user
and equipment thanks to the total insulation
and protection degree IP44 as per IEC 60529. An
additional gasket provides protection degree of
IP55. It also complies with the impact-resistance
degree IK10 (IK07 for the cabinet with glazed
door) as per EN 50102.
This protection covers the total volume of the
cabinet according to EN 50298.
- The cabinets are suitable for outdoor use.
- The cabinets are corrosion-resistant and do not
require any maintenance.
- The cabinets are secured to the wall by means of
stainless steel fixing brackets screwed on the
back using stainless steel bolts which do not
penetrate the back. The cabinets with rain hood
are secured to the wall by means of profile
supports which are screwed along the back of the
cabinet by means of stainless steel bolts which
do not penetrate the back.
- A cabinet can be placed on the ground by using a
floor mounting frame which is anchored to the
ground together with the cabinet. In these cases
the IP degree as well as the total insulation are
guaranteed.
- The cabinets have the UL approval, as per
UL standard 508 and also comply with
CSA certification mark as per C22.2 no.94:
- cabinets with single door, types 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X
and 12
- cabinets with double door, types 3, 3R, 3S and
12.
