VM Series
Features
The VM Series range in size from from 4" x 3" to 9" x 3" with varying depths, 13 sizes and a variety of configurations.
Opaque covers and all bases are made of impact and corrosive resistant VALOX® 357U thermoplastic polyester, light grey (RAL7035).
Transparent covers are made from LEXAN® Polyurethane.
Molded internal bosses for back panel mounting of components or DIN rails.
ASTM D 648 up to 280°F (138°C) heat deflection temperature.
Tongue & groove gasket fitting to ensure a tight seal.
Seamless poured polyurethane gasket provides oil-resistant, watertight & dust tight seal.
VALOX® material is easily punched, drilled, sawed or filed.
VALOX® is a crystalline thermoplastic polyester.
VALOX® resin offers a performance profile engineered for demanding end-use environments.
Applications
The VM Series enclosure is designed for use as insulated electrical junction boxes, terminal wiring boxes, instrument housings, electrical control boxes and pushbutton housings in wet, dusty and corrosive environments.
